Bone Density Scan
QMX Mobile Health performs Bone Density Scans of the hand that are available by appointment. This quick and easy test takes less than 2 minutes per patient to complete. The test requires a small amount of radiation to image the patient’s finger. This test can determine the level of osteoporosis in the patient. Machine generated results are available immediately and include an image of the scan, comparison graphs, a T-Score, and a Z-Score. Results can be read by either the patient’s primary care physician or one of our board certified radiologists.
